FACT-CHECKED FAQ

Useful answers before you search.

These answers summarise PikoBuy’s publicly stated order guide, shipping calculator fields and return policy. Rules and route availability can change, so confirm them on the platform before paying.

What can a buyer submit to PikoBuy?

The platform says a buyer can search directly, submit a product link, submit an image, or make a sourcing request. Its beginner guide describes choosing an item from marketplaces such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or Yupoo, then entering the link or search terms.

When is payment made?

The stated flow has two stages: pay the first payment when the item and its variant are submitted for purchase, then pay international shipping after the goods reach the warehouse and a parcel is submitted.

Is the displayed product price final?

Not necessarily. PikoBuy’s guide says the product price is subject to the actual purchase price. If an item is out of stock, its stated process is to refund that order.

What happens when an item reaches the warehouse?

The public guide describes warehouse check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check. It also says buyers can add packaging requests, including minimal or reinforced packaging, before sending a parcel internationally.

What can QC photos actually tell me?

They are helpful for visible issues in the received item and for confirming the selected item appears to have arrived. They do not prove authenticity, long-term durability, exact material composition, fit, or the condition after international shipping.

What affects a shipping estimate?

The calculator asks for destination country or region, product type, weight, and parcel length, width and height. That is why a useful estimate needs more than a product title; actual packed size and route can change the result.

When should tracking appear?

PikoBuy says tracking can be available within three days after a parcel is shipped. That is not the same as a delivery guarantee: the international transit time depends on the chosen route and destination.

Can every warehouse item be returned?

No. The return policy says eligibility depends on the seller offering a return guarantee, the item remaining resalable, and the item having been in the warehouse for no more than five days. Several categories and altered or custom items are excluded.

How quickly must a return request be made?

The policy states that a qualifying request should be submitted within 120 hours, counted from one hour after the item’s warehouse check-in. That short window makes prompt photo review important.

Who pays for a non-quality return?

According to the published policy, a buyer may be responsible for the return shipping fee, the seller’s original domestic shipping fee and a RMB 5 service fee. The seller’s consent and the current order conditions still matter, so treat this as a policy summary, not a quote.

Is this the official PikoBuy website?

No. This is an independent research preview. It does not accept orders, payments, parcels, returns or support requests; product discovery continues on FindSpreadsheet.
